Shipping Policy
The Vital Recovery Company ships from multiple partner warehouses depending on the product, so delivery method and timeline vary by item type.
Standard Items (accessories, small equipment)
Domestic (U.S.): Standard shipping is $8, free on orders over $75. Express shipping is $15.
International: We ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, and the UK via USPS or DHL Express. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Large & Freight Items (saunas, cold plunge tanks)
These ship via freight carrier with white-glove or curbside delivery, depending on the product and option selected at checkout:
- Curbside freight delivery is free within the contiguous U.S. The driver lowers your unit to ground level at your driveway; assembly and installation are not included.
- White-glove delivery (where offered) includes professional delivery and setup in your specified room, for an additional fee.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: additional $500 freight surcharge.
- Canada: additional $490 freight surcharge (Finnmark/sauna products).
- HeatWave sauna products ship from the warehouse within 1–3 business days and arrive via freight carrier in 2–4 weeks.
- Freight deliveries require an appointment scheduled directly with the carrier.
Damaged or Delayed Freight
If your freight shipment arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery so the damage is logged with the carrier. See our Refund Policy for supplier-specific instructions on reporting damage.
